Use a sturdy mug or carafe. Never brew into a thin-walled glass mug or carafe.

Keep in mind that the so-called “inverted method” of brewing coffee with the help of an AeroPress can cause the coffee maker to be less stable and prone to mishaps that may expose the user to potential scalding. AeroPress strongly discourages the use of the inverted method.
