At the heart of the Colombian region of Cauca lies the town of Piendamó, home to the non-profit collective calling themselves Asociacion de Caficultores del Centro del Cauca por la Paz, or ACC for short. Established in 2016, the goal of ACC is to foster premium Colombian coffee and improve the processes involved in transporting it from farmer to distributor. The organisation is involved in creating social change in the region as well: it strives to improve the lives of farming families, promote the use of more sustainable farming techniques, and protect the surrounding environment. The beans in this blend have been cultivated by this wonderful collective.

This coffee will turn out amazing regardless of how you brew it, but it’s suited particularly well for espresso machines, Aeropress coffee makers and moka pots.
