Descaler for Moccamaster coffee makers Technivorm Moccamaster, 1 l

Over time, minerals in the water accumulate inside your Moccamaster coffee maker, forming limescale deposits. This buildup can slow down the water flow, affect the brewing temperature and duration, and cause the quality of your brews to suffer. If not descaled regularly, your coffee maker may take longer to produce drinks, your brews may be cooler, and permanent damage can eventually occur. While this descaling liquid has been designed specially for Moccamaster brewing appliances, it’s also suited well for all other filter coffee makers.

– Recommended descaler for your Moccamaster coffee maker

– One bottle is enough for up to 3 descaling cycles (the same solution can be reused up to 3 times) 

– Use every 100 brews dispensed, or once every 1–2 months 

How to use it? 

– Pour the contents of the bottle (1 l) into the water tank of your coffee maker. You can clean the water tank with a soft brush at the same time.

– Turn on the coffee maker and let about half of the liquid run through it. Turn the coffee maker off, leave it for around 30 minutes, then turn it on again and let the rest of the solution drain into the jug.

– Repeat the process twice with clean water to rinse the coffee maker thoroughly.

– The solution can be reused up to 3 times (make sure to let it cool before pouring it back into the bottle).
