Barley coffee Dvaro Kavos, 100 g

This natural and delicious caffeine-free drink is also known as “”orzo coffee””. Made of locally grown barley roasted on high heat for a short while, it boasts a strong, earthy aroma and a subtly bitter taste. A cup of barley coffee can be enjoyed at any time of day or night.

HOW TO PREPARE IT? 

Pour 1 tsp. of coffee into your cup. Add boiling water and let it steep for 5–7 minutes. 

Try serving with your favourite milk and/or honey. Enjoy!

P.S. Not suited for semi-automatic coffee machines. Try using a French press or other manual coffee maker.
