The new “DUO” model from Bezzera is a sophisticated, compact semi-professional espresso machine with the performance of a professional appliance. The “MN” version combines the classic lever technology with upgraded software and electronics that let users control the double boiler system with ease via a convenient 3.5″ touch display.

“MN” VERSION: 2 PID THERMOSTATS

The “DUO MN” model relies on the classic lever technology: the lever is raised when dispensing coffee, and lowered once the desired quantity has been reached. To ensure maximum precision and optimum thermal stability, brewing temperature is controlled via two PID thermostats, and can be set at anywhere from 88 to 96 °C.
