How to prepare it?
Pour 1/4 of a teaspoon (2 g) of matcha into a matcha bowl, wet with 15 ml of water heated to around 70 °C, then mix thoroughly using a bamboo whisk until a smooth paste forms. Add another 70 ml of water and mix again until consistent. That’s it: just sit back and enjoy a soothing cup of matcha!
