This blend has been created with fans of intense flavours in mind. It’s suited well for both espresso and milk-based drinks.
It’s roasted by our partners in the Netherlands.
More than 90% of this coffee is premium-quality robusta. It endows your brew with a particularly full body and a higher caffeine content.
This coffee boasts a lighter roast, which accentuates its gorgeous spiciness and brings the piquant notes of blackcurrant and pine to the forefront.
Each of us has our own personal taste, so just do whatever seems best to you! We suggest starting from standard settings, that is, choosing the medium option wherever possible. Afterwards, simply adjust the flavour to your liking: if you’d prefer your brew stronger and more intense, increase the amount of ground coffee and/or select a finer grind; but if you’d like your coffee to be a bit subtler, decrease the amount of ground coffee and/or select a coarser grind.

Robusta-based coffees are often overroasted, but this one’s of a lighter roast. The taste is unique, it’s pretty spicy but pleasant, not as intense as other robusta blends. This may be because the coffee beans are of a higher quality. I’d recommend it to others.
