Baratza coffee grinder series “Sette” debuts with a revolutionary technology, which sets a new standard for simplicity, efficiency, and durability.
This coffee grinder was desined and manufactured to work even more efficiently when compared to similar size coffee grinders. It has a micro/macro adjustment, which comes in handy when choosing a specific grinding level, and three programmable settings for dosing.
Unique, convertible holder allows you to grind coffee directly into a portafilter, ground coffee container, or even directly into a coffee brewing tool of your choise. The holder can accommodate portafilters sized from 49 mm to 58 mm.
Comfortable front control panel has a LED display and three programmable buttons. Micro adjustment with 9 indicators makes it very easy to select the amount of coffee for a perfect espresso, and the 30 step macro adjustment allows to grind coffee for any beverage, from espresso to manual brew.
This coffee grinder is suitable for home use, offices, small cafes, or bars. The burr is easily removable without any tools, making the maintenance of this coffee grinder incredibly easy. Coffee bean tank can hold 300 g to 400 g of coffee beans.

According to the manufacturer, there are two models of this grinder: “270” and “270Wi”. The “270Wi” model is equipped with an additional function: not only does it count the grinding duration, but it also allows you to choose how many grams you’d like to grind. No differences in the bodies of these two grinders are indicated.

Hermes isn’t too great for delivery, got a message it wouldn’t be delivered due to a problem and then they delivered it anyway, without notification. But apart from that a great grinder. Am able to make both turkish coffee(extremely fine at setting 1) and french press coffee at 28 out of the 31 settings.
Also I’m able to grind directly into a portafilter as into the provided container which means I’m able to switch easily.
One issue is that I can’t set the grinder to much finer without running it for 0.01 second. But this is only a minor annoyance.
All in all really happy and much better coffee!

This grinder is great. Works really well with my Lelit Anna. Not tried it for anything other than espresso so can’t comment on coarser performance. Love the programmable timers for getting the right weight, even if the weight fluctuates a little. Takes a lot of the guesswork out of the process.

Great product as I was expecting it will be. Sturdy and very precise as it should be. But I also have to leave 5* for the seller which did a lot to deliver my item after Brexit. Thanks very much
