The switch on the integrated milk container allows you to select the desired milk consistency. The Clean function ensures cleanliness of the milk system. When the milk container is not in use, you can store it conveniently in the fridge. All parts are dishwasher-safe.INTUITIVE OPERATION

Yes. Pay attention though: you can only prepare one cup at a time if you use pre-ground coffee in this machine.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer doesn’t offer this model in white.
Yes, you can! There’s a milk consistency adjustment knob on your De’Longhi milk container. Simply select the hot milk position and the machine will heat your milk without frothing it.
– Make sure the milk you’re using contains enough fat (3.2–3.5%).
– Use cool milk only (straight from the fridge).
– Make sure that the milk system is clean and not blocked.
The maintenance of this coffee machine is nearly fully automated. To perform the built-in maintenance programs, you’ll need the following products:
1. A water filter. You’ll have to replace it every few months.
2. A special descaler (the frequency with which you have to perform the descaling program depends on how hard your water is).
3. A milk system cleaner.
The LatteCrema System performs best with cows milk but the following plant-based drinks can also be used: soy, rice and almond. Results will differ according to the percentage of proteins in each drink. No other type of milk or product of plant origin should be used.

We have a coffee machine from philips, it is in stock. We now use De’Longhi Autentica ETAM 29.660.SB to make 6-12 cups of coffee every day. Very satisfied
