Easy to use and doesn’t take up lots of space. I prefer espresso but like to make some latte once in a while, so this coffee machine is the perfect solution for people like me.

Had nothing. but problems with this machine since I got it. Can’t do basic move between making coffee and frothing without switching it on and off – it’s constantly flashing about something. Coffee frothing spits tonnes of water out before it starts making steam -even when heated up. Coffee holders get stuck in the machine and then fall out when you try to bang it on coffee tray to knock pucks out.
It’s just temperamental and nowhere near as reliable as the De Longhi ICona. Regret buying it and currently researching new machine.

This is a super coffee machine if you want to avoid pods, you just get great coffee and scoop it in and it gives you an expresso portion. If you want a longer coffee amount you have to press the button repeatedly to get the amount you need.
I’d point out however that it needs looking after if you’re in a hard water area. I’ve had mine only 4 years and it’s broken down completely once and now struggling as I didn’t take good enough care of it.
Read the care instructions! Or use soft water.
I’ve bought a water softener and will now buy another one of these to hopefully last me longer.
