At certain intervals (depending on how hard your water is), you’ll have to perform the descaling program using a special coffee machine descaler.
We also recommend immersing the baskets in a special solution (made using cleaning tablets) from time to time. This will help you get rid of coffee residues and oils.
When cleaning your milk frother, we recommend using a special milk system cleaner.

Great coffee machine. Works like a dream. My only bug is that the machine was sent with a different plug and UK adaptor. Considering this is a UK website, it should have been sent with a UK plug.
