What makes this “De’Longhi” coffee machine unique is its width — it’s extremely compact and requires little space. However, the “Sage” machine is more professional: it’s equipped with a manometer, a metallized tamper, as well as separate nozzles for hot water and steam.
Place your cup under the portafilter spouts. Press a single-serving or a double-serving button (depending on which one you’d like to program) and hold until the desired quantity has been dispensed.

At certain intervals (depending on how hard your water is), you’ll have to perform the descaling program using a special coffee machine descaler.
We also recommend immersing the baskets in a special solution (made using cleaning tablets) from time to time. This will help you get rid of coffee residues and oils.
When cleaning your milk frother, we recommend using a special milk system cleaner.
EC885 is an all-around upgraded model that features an ‘Arte’ professional-style milk frother and more included accessories.

Great Product Great price. I was told at the start this could take 3 weeks but then I got an email the next couple of days saying it was dispatched. A week had past so I asked and they said it had left there warehouse but will still take up to 3 weeks. Then I got a trust pilot email to ask how my product was before it even reached me. My only complaint is these emails but as I said great product great price.

Awesome coffee machine. Friends of ours have had an older model of this for years and swear by it. And the coffee from theirs has always been amazing.
When my old Dualit coffee machine decided to give up after 7 years of daily use… it was time to look around. As we knew this delivered amazing coffee which is strong and tasty. We knew this had to be the 1st choice.
With lots of features and improvements from the older model – its great to be using this 3 or 4 times a day and brewing perfect coffee every-time.

I love this coffee maker – it is fantastic and very good value. Coffee quality is good, and I find it easy to make. Great milk frothing, especially if you remove the outer attachment (see YouTube for a tutorial).
Came with a foreign plug but this wasn’t an issue as an adaptor was provided.
