Looks beautiful and, when it works, makes a fantastic coffee. But I have wasted so much coffee … even though I’ve taken care to buy ground coffee to work with espresso machines (not cafetieres). Maybe with this model, you need to grind the beans yourself – if this is indeed the problem (?). Unfortunately the steamer is also deficient – over-zealous to begin with, and now not working at all (steam escapes through the top). So … despite the aesthetics, would not recommend. (No issue with Coffee Friend v quick delivery.)
