If I could give 0 stars I would the coffee holders x 3 are so hard to put in I can’t do it as it really hurts my hand I reported this the day it arrived and asked for a refund (machine has never been used ) it also came with a 2 pin plug on it with a separate flimsy adapter which in my opinion doesn’t feel right and had it been in the description I would not have used it … I called the company on the following day after receiving the goods for a refund and was told to go on line .. I submitted the form and received another email asking for more photos so I sent a video now received another email advising me to put parts in hot water to try and get them in … goods should be fit for purpose without having to go through all of this … we’ve already tried and tried to get these holders to fit so I’d really like a collection and full refund
