“KB90” is the ultimate evolution of the “Linea PB” form. Designed to increase service speed in the busiest of cafés, it makes the job of the barista easier thanks to improved workflow. La Marzocco has redesigned the portafilter system to reduce the strain put on the wrist of the barista. The “Steam Flush” feature is meant to increase efficiency too: after each extraction, a burst of steam is released from the group head, then followed by a flush of hot water, keeping the machine clean during the craziest rush hours. The “KB90” model lets users personalise the look of their coffee machine as well: the panels have been engineered in a way that allows for virtually infinite customisation combinations.
