This dual-boiler machine with the BPPC (Brewing Pressure Profiling Control) system is equipped with a competition shower screen and filters. During brewing, water pressure can be adjusted using the BPPC mechanism, creating the best results regardless of your chosen bean variety. Pressure profiles are controlled using the gauge mounted on the brew group. The PID system found in this machine provides better thermostability, as well as greater productivity in terms of steam and hot water.
