AUTHENTIC COFFEE PREPARATION PROCESS
Coffee drinks are prepared according to authentic coffee recipes, adding ingredients in a certain order. When preparing latte macchiato, espresso is added after milk and milk foam, while in the case of cappuccino – vice versa.

The "CI Touch" model also has more coffee recipes — in addition to other drinks, you can choose ristretto, lungo, americano, espresso macchiato, latte and café au lait. Another difference lies in the fact that the "CI Touch" model has 5 grinding levels, while "Caffeo CI E970" has 3.
