This coffee machine doesn't have a dosing function, so you'll have to control the dose manually. Lower the lever and the machine will start dispensing water/coffee, then lift the lever when you're ready to stop the dispensing. You can dispense all of the water contained in the water tank if you wish. If you want to prepare high-quality coffee, pay attention to the recommendations on the packaging of your capsules — more often than not, the packaging will contain information on the amount of coffee that can be prepared from one capsule (this can vary from 60 to 300 ml).
