Bought this coffee machine as a gift. Wasn’t aware that it was coming from Poland and so did not have a UK plug fitted, however it did come with a secure converter plug and additional coffee pods. I was a little worried about guarantees as not shipped from the UK and so contacted the company, who replied very quickly to quash my worries. Very happy with my purchase.
