The delivery took 4 weeks, longer than I expected. I wouldn’t buy from this company again as although they have a UK address and phone number my coffee machine was sent from Poland with a non UK plug attached – and I doubt my order was the exception. The adaptor to change to a uk plug is huge and ugly and wont fit where I wanted to site the machine. Yes the machine works ok, yes it was cheaper than other sites but a waste of money when you wait so long for it, UOS then Jess you about for a further week and then its not originally for the UK market. Overall – disappointed.

Machine is great, but only came with manuals and leaflet in Eastern European languages, and the machine had a European 2 pin plug (they did supply an adapter though!). Service in general from coffeefriend was terrible though, even worse was UPS who deliver on their behalf.

I recently purchased this little machine and was disappointed with it. The coffee capsules don’t always drop into the dispenser in the correct position. Consequently only hot water comes through, instead of coffee. The capsule is then wasted as it can’t be reused. Also the button has to be pressed 2 or 3 times for the required amount of coffee. I think it’s a case of you get what you pay for. For the price it is adequate

Happy with the nespresso inissia machine. Although it came with the continental 2 pin plug, the adapter provided in the box worked perfectly. The free coffee capsules were also of good quality. A very happy customer.
