What appeared to be very good machine actually had a faulty mechanism for getting the coffee pod to load properly. This caused quite a lot of wastage. Coffee mate friend are to be highly commended for their very professional response to the faulty machine and they gave me a full refund having seen a video clip of the fault. A return label was Supplied as part of the arrangement for return. Heartily recommended as a supplier despite the issue we had with this machine.

I bought this machine to replace my old one, its brilliant, quick and easy to use, brews a lovely cuppa, very reasonable price as well, Would reccommend it
