To produce a creamy cappuccino with incredible ease, select the integrated cappuccino recipe. The strength, aroma, volume and temperature of each drink can be adjusted to your personal taste and saved for later use too.  

“EASY SPUMATORE” MILK SYSTEM: NOW EVEN MORE CONVENIENT

The new and improved “Easy Spumatore” milk system will let you brew a gorgeous cappuccino with ease—there’s no need to so much as move the cup from one spout to the other anymore, as the automatic milk frother is built into the coffee spout! Simply select the cappuccino recipe and then follow the steps displayed on the screen: immerse the tube in a milk container or carton, place a cup under the coffee spout, turn the milk frothing knob, then sit back and watch as creamy milk foam is poured directly into your cup. Once the pre-programmed quantity has been dispensed, return the knob to its prior position and let the machine brew you some coffee. The milk system is also equipped with a simple rinsing and cleaning program.

AROMA PROFILES FOR FLAVOUR EXPERIMENTS

With Nivona’s own “Aroma Balance System”, you’ll feel like a true home barista! There are three different aroma profiles for you to choose from: Dynamic, Constant and Intense. Depending on your chosen profile, water will seep through your coffee at different speeds, hence revealing different flavours. Use the Dynamic profile for more subtle, fruitier notes, choose the Constant option to unveil some additional sweetness and hints of bitterness, or go for the Intense profile for a particularly thick, strong and bitter brew.
