AROMA PROFILES FOR BOLD TASTE EXPERIMENTS

The “Aroma Balance” system developed by Nivona provides you with an opportunity to feel like a true home barista. Choose from three different aroma profiles: Dynamic, Constant and Intense. Depending on the profile you’ve selected, water will seep through the coffee at different speeds, revealing different flavours in the process. The Dynamic profile results in a subtle, fruitier taste, Constant unveils some sweetness and light bitterness, while the Intense option is suited perfectly for a thick, strong, bitter drink.

The integrated automatic maintenance programs for descaling the appliance, cleaning the brewing unit, as well as cleaning and rinsing the milk system, make perfect hygiene easy to achieve.
