Although this coffee machine does not have an integrated cappuccino recipe, you can easily prepare this drink. All you have to do is make some milk foam using the steam wand and pour a portion of espresso into it.
The maximum height that the coffee spout can be raised to is 14.5 cm.
They only differ in finishing/colour.
– Make sure the milk you’re using contains enough fat (3.2–3.5%).
– Use cool milk only (straight from the fridge).
– Make sure that the milk system is clean and not blocked.

We have had many bean to cups coffee machines most of them Delonghi, recently a Gaggia and now this Phillips which is a first. We always look for key specs that we prefer, 1500 pressure, beans and a bypass doser for grounds, ideal for my decaf on an evening, and a burr/ ceramic grinder. We like a steam wand instead of automatic milk frother, that’s just personal choice. This machine is a good size but doesn’t take much counter space, good coffees, good steam pressure and easy to use. Overall, we are happy with this machine and recommend it, the only draw back being that it’s clearly made for the European Market so comes with a converter plug which does not fit flush into your socket forcing the machine forward considerably and the booklet was in every language but English, an electronic version was sent on request.

Amazing machine. The smell of fresh coffee in the morning is so nice. My partner is very happy with it he can make the perfect cappuccino now with lots of foam. Delivery was quick. Highly recommend!!

Everything arrived promptly on time and we are very pleased with the coffee! The instructions are in east European languages which explains the excellent price but as it is very easy to download an English version, this is no issue at all
