The full set of this coffee machine does not include a milk container. However, the milk system works just as well without it: all you need to do is immerse the milk tube straight in a milk carton. If you wish though, you can purchase a SIEMENS milk container separately over here.
The Siemens EQ.500 TQ505R09 model has the following advantages:
– 3 additional recipes: espresso macchiato, flat white and americano
– Option of brewing two milk-based beverages at once
– Milk system with a built-in milk container (the milk system of TP503R09 is equipped with a tube)
There a few key aspects to the proper maintenance of your coffee machine:
1. Maintaining the water system. For this step, you’ll need a water filter and a descaler. Remember: 98% of your brew is made up of water, after all!
2. Maintaining the brewing unit. Coffee oils and residues accumulate inside the brewing system over time, which is why you need to regularly perform the cleaning program using special cleaning tablets.
3. Maintaining the milk system. To obtain perfectly stiff, delicious milk foam, make sure to regularly perform the milk system cleaning program with the help of a special milk system cleaner.
