Cold brew coffee maker Asobu “Stainless Steel Silver”

Asobu “Cold Brew” is a portable cold brew coffee maker. Cold brew is the next generation of the typical iced coffee. Hot water and coffee creates a more acidic, bitter drink, while using cold water and steeping coffee with Asobu “Cold Brew” creates 80% lower acidity, deeper and smoother, naturally sweet taste, as well as squeezes out an extra punch of caffeine. Not having any heat in the process also preserves antioxidants making the cold brew coffee a healthier choice.

This portable coffee maker is two-in-one cold brewer that doesn’t need to be refrigerated at all, making it the most convenient option in the market. The brewing carafe is constructed from 100% BPA free, non-breakable tritan and has a reusable, easy to clean, rust-free double wall stainless steel mesh to give the purest, smoothest coffee brew. The take-on-the-go mug is made with copper double-walled vacuum insulation, so your brew will keep cold or hot for hours.

Hot to use it:

1. Fill the mesh with 36 grams of your favourite medium coarseness ground coffee. 
2. Pour cold, filtered water over the coffee grounds in a circular motion. Do it three times. 
3. And that’s it! 

Your coffee will now begin steeping. Come back 12 hours later to delicious, silky, rich-tasting coffee. Simply move the seal to open and press the release button to have your brew easily transferred from the brewer to the serving carafe. Add some ice cubes and milk or cream and voila – your coffee is ready for a full day at work or a 24 hour road trip. The carafe is 100% spill-proof, so no worries if you throw it into your bag or leave it on your desk with papers all over the place.

If you would like to prepare tea, the mesh works amazing with loose leaf tea as well, so you will be able to prepare a nice hot (or iced) cup of steeped tea on the go.
