Nothing wrong with the Miele tablets but in making this purchase I was signed up to, and charged for, WITHOUT my awareness, not one but TWO monthly subscription services which I then had to extricate myself from and claim my money back. I only knew because I was sent two emails telling me I had signed up .. following my purchase from Coffee Friend. If you do use this website watch out! They were NOT services related to coffee.

Use these to clean the machine as soon as it notifies us its needed and use the residue to clean the kettle. Very effective against limescale so really important for me as i live in a hard water area
