“NEO Flex” is the perfect combination of affordability and capability—a home espresso maker for everyone and anyone. Relaunched in 2024, “NEO Flex” has been updated with two key features:
INTEGRATED PRESSURE GAUGE
“NEO Flex” now comes with an integrated pressure gauge, which lets any home barista easily dial in their extraction. Lower the lever and brew in the Espresso zone for the best results. Immediate feedback enables all coffee lovers to know exactly how they’re brewing.
THIN, NO-PREHEAT CYLINDER
100 grams were removed from the existing brew head, reducing the thermal mass enough to waive the preheating step. The new thin cylinder ensures a quick, easy workflow. Just add ground coffee and hot water, then lower the lever for a delicious espresso.

Just like in the previous version, the frame of the new “NEO Flex” is constructed from a high-strength, ultra-light polymer blend. To ensure that each home barista can brew exactly how they want, the appliance comes with two different portafilters: Flow-Control and Bottomless 2-in-1.
“FLOW-CONTROL” PORTAFILTER
Perfect for beginners, the “Flow-Control” portafilter features a restricted exit port, allowing the portafilter to do the work of building the appropriate pressure needed for proper espresso extraction. No dial-in required—just go ahead and brew.
“BOTTOMLESS 2-IN-1” PORTAFILTER
This portafilter is ideal for those looking to control their extraction. It does require a high-quality, espresso-capable burr grinder, yet enables home baristas to control the variables of each shot, ensuring that their espresso is always brewed to their exact standards.
