HOW TO BREW IT? 

Pour one spoonful of tea leaves into a cup and add 200 ml of boiling water, then let infuse for around 10 minutes. If your body’s craving some honey or a different kind of sweetener, feel free to add some!

Ingredients: butterfly pea flower tea, peppermint, ashwagandha, liquorice root, lemon verbena, lime oil.
