PREPARATION:
Take 1 flat tablespoon of instant tea (12 g) and put it in your favourite mug, pour 170 ml of hot water and gently stir it up. Add 80 ml of warmed milk of your preference. You can go for a foamed version too. Finish with a touch of your favourite spices. Enjoy!
