How to prepare it?
1. Pour 1/2–1 teaspoon of matcha powder into a cup.
2. Add hot, but not boiling water (at around 60–80 °C) and whisk well.
3. Once whisked, add water or your favourite milk.

If you purchase a larger amount of matcha (100, 250 g) or simply tend to consume it slowly, you may encounter clumps in your tea that have formed over time. If this happens, we suggest you sift it through a tea infuser before whisking.
