The latest Sweetbird syrup comes in a wonderful bright pink colour and is bursting with tropical flavours of two unique fruits: dragon fruit and papaya.   

Dragon fruit, with its refreshingly delicate taste, is quintessentially tropical. If you’re unfamiliar with the flavour, think of a cross between kiwi, pear and watermelon. Papaya (or paw-paw) is sweet and juicy, described as similar in flavour to cantaloupe melons. All in all, these are the perfect fruits to be paired together.   

The fruity flavour is delicious in ice-blended drinks such as granitas, frappés, iced teas or simple craft sodas. You’ll love it paired with all things white chocolate too… Moreover, it makes for some delicious mocktails and cocktails!

Ingredients: sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (7%), natural flavourings, fruit and vegetable concentrates: black carrot and elderberry, acid: citric acid. 

Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or sources of heat. Once opened, the syrup should be kept sealed with a pump or a lid, and ideally used within 2 months.
