“Classic Panettone” is a traditional panettone cake made with natural sourdough that has undergone a 48-hour double fermentation process. It’s filled with Australian raisins and candied oranges, as well as speckled with little black dots of Madagascan vanilla. 

Thanks to premium-quality ingredients and careful fermentation, OLIVIERI’s panettone is a rich, yet highly digestible cake. Moreover, it’s completely free from preservatives, flavourings and vegetable fats. Ingredients: WHEAT flour, BUTTER 16%, EGGS 16%, candied oranges 18%, raisins, cane sugar, natural DOUGH (WHEAT flour, water), water, orange paste (orange, sugar, water), honey, salt, Madagascan Bourbon vanilla.

Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place (max. 23 °C). Do not expose to the sun. Avoid sudden changes in temperature.
